## Insurance and contractor status

Every tradesperson on the platform is an **independent 1099 subcontractor** who has signed NEPA-PRO's six-document onboarding packet, including the Subcontractor Master Agreement (NPSA-001), W-9 Tax Information (NPSA-002), Background Check Authorization (NPSA-003), Direct Deposit (NPSA-004), Credentials & Insurance Verification (NPSA-005), and Field Operations & Safety Acknowledgment (NPSA-006). Every subcontractor maintains active commercial general liability insurance and (where applicable) workers compensation. NEPA-PRO LLC carries its own general liability as the platform.

## Customer protections

Customer bookings are governed by three documents accepted at Stripe checkout: Customer Service Agreement & Terms (NPCS-001), Jobsite Safety Attestation (NPCS-002), and Liability Waiver & Indemnification (NPCS-003). All nine documents are downloadable from the public Documents Hub.
