Bookings happen at tradesmen.nepa-pro.com. Payments are processed through Stripe. Each booking captures the jobsite address, project scope, on-site contact, and access notes through the checkout custom fields. We confirm the engagement by phone within one business hour and dispatch the matched tradesperson on the scheduled date.

Every tradesperson on the platform is a credentialed 1099 subcontractor with current trade license, active commercial general liability and (where applicable) workers compensation insurance, and a clean background check. We collect Certificates of Insurance before any dispatch, not after.
Nine purpose-built legal documents form the backbone of the platform — six for tradespeople, three for customers. Each does one job; together they keep the model rock-solid. They live in the public Documents Hub at /docs/.
